- Worked as part of a team in a high school with the highest graduation rate in Oregon.
- Oversaw the development of a comprehensive high school counseling curriculum to fit ASCA standards—meeting the academic, career, and personal/social needs of all students.

- Integral in improving Mazama’s high school graduation rate from 80.95% to 90.44% between the 2015-2016 and 2017-2018 school years. During the same time frame, the 4-year completer rate went from 81.63% to 94.12%.
