High School Counselor
- Oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive high school counseling curriculum to fit ASCA standards—meeting the academic, career, and personal/social needs of all students.
- Perform individual, small group, and large group counseling with high school students.
- Consult with administration, faculty, and parents to best meet the academic, career, and personal/social needs of all students.
- Communicate with community mental health providers to meet the mental health needs of students and families.

- Work with the alternative high school to enroll and monitor students in high school credit recovery classes and Night School and Summer School classes using Aventa.
- Create 4-year plans with 9-12 grade students using Oregon CIS.
- Utilize eSchool (student record management software) to develop individual student schedules and monitor graduation requirements as well as send transcripts and test scores to colleges and employment agencies.
- Track student progress towards Honors Diploma completion.
- Track student progress in STEM&M program.
- Assist in planning and implementation of 504 Plans and IEPs.
- Oversee PSAT testing.
